By accessing or using the Andrew Reise Value Compass evaluation tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Andrew Reise Services LLC ("Andrew Reise," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of the Service
The Service is an AI-assisted CX evaluation tool that generates strategic reports based on information you provide about your organization. Reports are intended for internal strategic exploration only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or consulting advice.
3. AI-Generated Content
Reports generated by the Service are produced using artificial intelligence and large language model technology. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All financial figures, projections, and estimates are directional in nature and are not a guarantee of results. Andrew Reise makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output.
4. Proprietary Framework
The Value Compass® is a proprietary framework owned by Andrew Reise Services LLC. All rights reserved. Use of this framework through the Service does not grant you any license or ownership interest in the Value Compass® methodology, branding, or intellectual property.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service. You are responsible for how you use or rely upon any report generated. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Andrew Reise or third parties.
6. No Professional Advice
Nothing in the Service or any generated report constitutes financial, legal, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on any report output.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANDREW REISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY REPORT GENERATED THEREBY.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
